New Banner
Since I made you last banner like a real quick job I was wondering if you would like me to create a new one, much better looking and better flowing?
And mods if this needs to be handled within PM's feel free to delete it and let me know.

Just got the new banner made up and approved. Working on a new background and other images. 
Working on a background also to match the banner....anyone can re-use it for something else if they would like.
Beware....this image is around 4mb.....hints the reason their is only a link.
