Placed my order a week ago and the money was immediately taken. i placed orders with zzp and crate engine depot at the same time. they both had their orders on the truck on monday and i recieved them on thursday. i ordered with a weeks lead time on some work im supposed to be doing on my car this coming tuesday. im fairly irritated that a 300 dollar order the fits in a lunch box doesnt get packed and shipped day one. ive sent in an email asking when to expect it to be shipped, no response.

 

This is typical, I dealt with this less then a month ago with them. Ordered $300 worth of stuff, the money was taken immediately. Waited about a week and never received any shipping info, so I sent and email. Never got a response, so about a week later sent another email and still received no response. About 3 days later I finally got a shipping confirmation. Never received an email though just letting me know what was going on or answering my questions. Will be very reluctant to do business with them again in all honesty.

 

ill never giv them my business again...ordered a simple pulley and it took over a month to get and when i got it it was the wrong one and told me i had to pay shipping ther and back for a new one

 

i ordered hpt pro from em and even struck me a good deal on it and was shipped next day

 

i did business with them once before and the order was shipped right out and the parts were perfect. i just want to get this order in the same fashion. this delay has already made it impossible to do the work i need to do when i had planned on doing it. now im in damage control mode until the order materializes.

 

Sounds pretty typical

 

We are so busy right now we have a 2 day minimum delay for shipping orders, that coupled with the holiday weekend only makes things more hectic. It will go out tomorrow.

 

thank you, its been over a week. im gonna have to bring my car into the stop twice, and thats not great.
