Ok, so dumb question what exactly is a neutral balance shaft? cause i got no clue. at all. what so ever. lol. I used to work on Big Block Chevy some but i guess not enough cause im lost here....

Theirs appear to be a small solid shaft. Ours are a large hollow shaft

As long as they function like they should then the design doesn't really matter.

Does these come with new bearings? Or are new bearings needed when these are installed?
