Opt. B simply replaces the stock filler neck.

You follow the diagram I have posted for no dual pass, and simply remove the stock filler neck and replace with opt B.

Also, I'm pretty sure I explain how to bleed opt b. in that thread along with my dual pass install thread. You just need to read them a bit.

If your option B does not bleed itself in then you did it wrong.

IIRC mine is stock end plate and...

pump out > stock HE > FMHE > laminova in > laminova out > back to pump in

You have to sometimes burp the opt b tank when you first install it.

I explain how to do this in many of my threads.

I've been running Opt. B for 6 years w/o issue.

I bet my issue is that we ran/installed everything and then added coolant and turned the car on.

You have your lines a little outta order.

The 3/4" line from the option b tank should go into the top of the t fitting.

This.

So that it "drops" into the system.

Fluid should not run cont. through small line to opt b tank. It is not a flow through!!

The small line is the bleed line to release trapped air.

ohhhh so just the fact that coolant is bubbling from the 3/4 line means its working. side note: after the replumb I did a nice little pull, iats went from 110ish to 80 fairly quickly.

Got it installed in around 4 hours or so. Went pretty smooth minus fighting the hose clamps that were already on it.

Heres a much better picture of the product

Edit: Also did not remove front bumper. Used Staged07's How-to and everything went well
