So everyone who pays in full by Feb 17th (or very soon there after, before you place the final order) will get their blowers shipped directly to them. The shipments would go from Harrop, to their warehouse in MI, to the buyer.

The blowers from the people on the payment plan will be shipped from Harrop, to the warehouse, to you. Then when you receive the final payment from the buyer, you will ship it from your place to them.
