I don't really want to crash your thread, but haven't a lot of people had motor issues using the Cometic head gasket?

 

ive kinda wondered that myself.. ^^ but to tell ya the truth josh, any sale on internals would be great, supertech anything would help me out

 

I thought majority of cracked sleeves also ran Cometic head gasket...Maybe I'm wrong.

 

werev heard the same things i believe lol i could be wrong as well.. for all i know there could be a ton of guys runnin the cometic head gasket with no problems what so ever and weve just heard about the 2 or 3 horror stories..which happens with every product

 

There are no issues with cometic gaskets. We have had two customers that have reported failure of them, both didn't torque the gasket correctly.
