I want it but will it change my mileage?

 

This is a gauge face, not an actual cluster. And even if it were, your mileage is stored in the bcm, not the cluster so your miles won't change even if you did swap the whole thing

 

its a direct swap, the whole cluster, no mileage change still keep all of the same functions, just put a ss cluster in and same functions so i don't see any problem with swapping.

 

My bad man, I thought you were doin just the faces....but yes, you're right. You can swap any cobalt cluster into any cobalt and the mileage will always read the same.

 

i can take the face out if you want it do you know how to swap the faces? sorry if that was a little direct man.

 

I have black cat guages for my car, swapped em in and out a few times. It's quite easy actually. It would be easier to email black cat tho and see if they can email you the instructions for it than having me explain it lol

If I'm reading ur post right, you just got an SS cluster....and I happen to have my custom faces for sale if you want em lol

I have an SS, I have no need/want for the ones you have unfortunately. I just decided to stick with my stock gauges after a while. I have pics in my gallery if you wanna check em out. I was searching for my old f/s thread on em, but I can't find it.

 

i don't know if i want to go through the trouble of swapping again it takes to long to line the gauges up but worth the wait, ill let you know if i want it.

 

I'm a pro at lining the needles up now too lol I did a set on the fiances NSRT and those I think were a bigger pita than the cobalt was lol

 

anybody need this kinda need gone, let me know if you just want the face.
