I bought a wrecked Ion because I needed a few things, and decided that I am just going to part out everything under the hood if I can.
I do have other things, so just ask.

Not sure if there is even interest in any of the parts.
All has 155k to my knowledge. It was a stock car.


I know I need to list a price, so here are a few things just so it doesn't get locked.

Valve cover- 40 plus shipping
Throttle body- 20 plus shipping
Intake, complete- 30 plus shipping
Coil pack- 50 plus shipping

 

100% out of curiosity what would you want for the head shipped to 88021?

 

I would have to figure out size and weight to get the shipping quote.

But hows 100 plus shipping?

Not to sure what its worth. Just trying to make some money to go on a vacation.

 

Sounds good but relies heavily on the shipping cost If I can get out for somewhere close to $150 shipped and the head can be worked with I'm all in.

I was quoted 55 from fed ex to ship it.

Depending on how this weekend goes with work (I work in a restaurant, its mothers day weekend), I can probably have it off and shipped mid next week if youre interested. Obviously I would send you pictures first.

 

coils and intake

can I swap those to a 05? direct swap?

 

They should be a direct swap, but I am not 100% on that.
My daily is an 03, and anyone who knows about the Ions know that 03/04s are the bastard children of the series, so I cant even check.

 

Consider it sold! Have cash in hand. As long as it isn't cracked as **** or broken valves. I don't mind if it's hella dirty. Gonna be porting it anyway. PM me with pics. Take your time though I understand what a busy weekend Mother's Day can be. My money isn't going anywhere now that I know I want to buy the head.
Intake yes, coils no. Those are individual coil-on plug style coils. Yours should be a coil sitting on top of the valve cover.

 

ah ok. intake would work? even tho my coils are diff and go boltoned onto the intake?

Is it an ion or a cobalt? If it is a cobalt no the intake won't work. This car is an ion. I'm sure there's a way to ghetto rig it though. And no those coils won't really work unless you want to do a lot of wiring.
