whats so custom bout the grill? u cut out the bars?

 

yea the bars are cut out, sanded down, painted black.. basically set-up to put mesh behind, some1 on here did it and it looked great.. then they came out with the TC grill with the same look so i bought that. i think he made a how-to on the custom grill

 

does anyone seen this part? the window regulator.. anyone knows how to uninstall this one? thanks it would be a great help for giving me an advise for window regulator.
