not sure about ss's but you MUST use a conical bottom lug nut with 99% of all wheel adapters, most flat flush lug nuts like Ford specifically will not secure and your wheels will FLY OFF, its happened.

 

Wait, what? lol. These came with the special lug nuts that secure the adapter to the hub and fit flush into the adapter so the wheel can then set against the adapter securely. Then you can use ur stock lug nuts to secure the rims to the adapters..... So IDK what ur point of the post was but if your not interested in buying the stuff I have for sale dont comment on my thread. Thanks move along now
