so I'm looking for an exhuast for me car, the fart can, (yes I said fart can, it actually sounded good) kinda blew apart on my way back from the beach, the metal mess came out and now all the baffling is slowly flying out and blocking the exit. so I'm looking for either another can (cheap as dirt would be nice, got this one for free) or a used cat back. I don't care what brand, just want it to be in good shape and not rusty and beat up.

If you think a fartcan sounds good on a 2.2 liter Chevy Cobalt then just take the entire exhaust off and run a straight pipe from the downpipe to the rear bumper. It'll sound even better to you.

 

it was deep sounding, the can was huge. not desigened for my car at all.

^^^GREAT link for cheap exhaust parts!! I love to change up my setup, i might try a case muffler like a thrush or something to quiet my 2.2 down a bit, or add a cherry bomb behind the current resonator.

 

I've got a 3 Inch ZZP DP with a high flow cat from them. reduces to 2.5. Then I have a custom welded 2.5 cat back with a 20 odd inch cherrybomb glasspack for a resonator and a Magnaflow Muffler. Sounds so friggin deep. and not overly loud like it once was.
