This is my stock head from my '03 Cav. It has ~73,000 miles on it. I'd say ~15,000 of them were boosted with the GM Supercharger kit and the reflash.
The head was professionally removed when the new one was installed. It always had stock cams. The only thing this head is lacking would be the followers.



I won't try to mislead you guys though, I had a leak down test done, there was a lot of leak down (over 25%) from cylinders 3 and 4, that's why it was replaced.
