2.5 or 3 Catted LSJ DP...

I post this here, because I dont want to search through all those pages to find dp's that may or not be for sale or available because some people cant update a damn page. So.

That being said.

Need a dp. Catted preffered....2.5 is nice 3.0 is better but 2.5 if I had to choose would be ideal.

Thanks!

You def want a 3" downpipe for the LSJ.

Why not pic up a ZZP 3" catted downpipe? They arent that expensive brand new.

3" will not affect your throttle response that much even though you are going for a mild build. I highly suggest a 3" downpipe on the lsj for maximum flow. A 2.5" downpipe is better suited on a N/A car not a F/I car.

What do you consider a mild build?

Yes.

The ZZP 3" downpipe will bolt up to the stock manifold and catback.

A 3" downpipe does not make your exhaust huge. Stick with a 2.5" catback or the stock catback and you will be fine. Remember the stock downpipe is 2.75". It might not flow the best, but i still wouldnt waste my time down sizing the downpipe thinking it will maintain throttle response. A full 3" exhaust may affect your throttle response with your power goals, but just replacing the downpipe with a 3" one will not.
