I have a 3 inch stainless steel Catless Hahn down pipe for turbo cobalt. In great shape. Previous owner had a cutout but had the blade welded shut as I suspect the motor took a ****. You can either replace with a new cutout or make a flange. It will function properly as it is nôw. I cannot say wether it leaks where the cutout blade is welded but doesn't look like it as there is no carbon around the blade. Pictures are available for serious inquires by email or text as I can't upload pics. Pm me if interested for my email or number thx. Asking 150 OBO plus ride.
