Post threads in the correct forum.

Threads must have pictures! (not necessary for WTB threads)
If you need help, please see this thread.

Use the proper "For Sale" and "Wanted" prefixes for your thread. This will avoid confusion as to what your thread is for when someone just reads "CF Hood" for example as the title.

Once an item is sold, remove the item/description/price/pictures from your thread.

For Sale Threads - must include the following information:

• FS in the title
• Name
• Location
• Means of Contact
• Description
• Do not just paste a link to another webpage such as eBay, Craigslist, etc. If you do this your thread will be closed.
• Price - this means no "testing waters" (FEELER) threads. OBO still needs a price listed.
• Piece of paper with your username and date of listing in all pictures. Pictures must be renewed if you make a new thread.

WTB/WTT Threads - must include the following information:

• WTB/WTT in the title
• Name
• Location
• Means of Contact
• Item you're looking for/trading
• WTT threads must contain pictures of the item you want to trade

Please remember these simple rules:

• It is suggested to NOT use the “Gift” option in PayPal for transactions. Doing so removes ALL PayPal protections should the product or service be a problem…
• It is recommended that you keep a record of all communications between buyer and seller until both are satisfied with the transaction.
• No third-party threads. You need your own account to post in classifieds.
• Comments about the price a person is asking, your post will be edited/deleted.
• Negative comments posted about a person or their thread, your post will be edited/deleted.
• If you have evidence that this person is a scammer, PM a moderator.
• Please do not low ball. It will be considered a low ball offer if you offer less than 90% of the asking price.
• Low ball offers will be edited/deleted. If you feel your offer might have a chance, submit it through PMs.
• Posts which are found to have no value to the thread will be edited/deleted.
• Do not spam your classified threads in other people's threads unless they specifically made such a request.
• If your thread gets locked, there was a reason for it. If you start another thread about the same thing you will be banned. PM a moderator if you have a question.
• Upon completion of a sale or receiving items wanted, please report the post saying so. The thread will then be closed.

New rule....

If I, or any of the other mods lock your thread due to not following the rules, do not PM us crying about it. I almost always give you one simple rule. That rule is to PM me once you have updated photos to post, and I will unlock your thread for editing. There is nothing to argue....

If you PM with a big long speech about why it should have been over looked, because you are a member for x amount of years, or add any kind of smartass remarks in the PM, I will simply keep the for sale thread locked, and send you an infraction. I'm tired of people whinning about rules. Rules are rules. Follow them. It's not hard to post a few pics with a tiny sheet of paper with your username and date one it.

If you don't have recent photos, do not post a for sale thread until you get some.
