Tb spacer for a drive by wire car....? And 50#ers are a pretty common size just not so much on this application. I bet it would be better a idle than the 60's all though it can be tuned to make it better if you have problems with 60's! (seen complaints of idle surge on 60#ers before)

the 50# injectors are more than enough on an m62. ZZP offers the 50's now instead of the 60's like before

To the O.p. A TB spacer is pretty much useless on a drive by wire car.. Think about it there is no traditional throttle cable to stretch! As far as 50's try an injector vendor! Siemens...

Never seen the need for a tb spacer on an LS4 tb basically EVER on any SS/SC or even a 2.2/2.4 M62 setup, And the local guy's here have run that setup and never once said anything about a tb spacer.. Im not trying to bash your thread just informing you that it will do you no good and isnt needed. What your thinking of is the ADAPTOR Plate.. Which isnt a spacer...

a spacer and adapter is the same thing. your not taking one plate off to replace it with another. the ls4 tb plate is 75mm a stock m62 opening is 70.5mm. therefore you need to add the spacer/adaptor plate to let the ls4 tb fully open. Hence your spacing your ls4 tb out farther than a stock tb

From ZZP
Modification to the blower inlet is required or the larger throttle plate will contact the blower and not allow full opening, for the adapter plate please select Option 1.

i run 80s and never had a problem with idle surging, but yes it does take tuning to dial it all in. zzp sells that adapter plate fairly cheap or you can go for an ls4 spacer plate from any car that runs it stock, it doesnt have to sculpted to work it just has to space the tb out from the blower face. be aware that while you can tune big injectors in that tb will always have drivability baggage.
