just as it says, headers & down pipe combo. cat or no cat, as long as it can bolt on to a stock cat back, it should be good.

also looking for a 3.1" s/c pulley

and maybe some lowering springs or, if you have coilovers for under 500 dollars, which isnt likely, im interested.
