Charge pipes

I'm looking for some used charge pipes that utilizes the stock BOV. I'm looking for either black or polished.

Don't really want to pay full price for a new set.

member has a injen cp

I recomment the injen, have mine in black and love it. Takes the most direct route, can still change oil with out taking it off and its cheap. Just recommend upgraded couplers and tbolts though.

Not all newbs are n00bs. And I know about the BOV/BPV difference. I've just always refered to all of them as a BOV in either case, but I know the difference. Thanks again for your help.

That is good to know. I can't find too much info or pictures on the Injen. Is it a one, two, or three piece set?

As far as I know, the charge pipes for a stock BOV/BPV don't need a fitting, correct? More info on what you got?

injen is a 2 piece set.

CP's that utilize the stock BPV do not have a fitting.

I saw that thread and decided to pass. The look of the ZZP pipes are just terrible. I bit the bullet and ordered a new Injen set with the better silicone couplers and t-bolt clamps. Now all I need is an intercooler and I'm set.

Two words to you my friend....DO EEEEET!!! It was like $46 I think. It is so worth it to never have to worry about it. After looking at the couplers that come with the Injen kit, they don't look very long. The Vibrant set you get are much longer and are 4-ply. That makes installation that much easier. Plus the t-bolt clamps will give you a piece of mind that you will never have to worry about. I still had my big turbo WRX (back when they first came to the US) when I blew my couplers for the first time. I seriously thought my engine had blown up it was so loud and forceful. The car immediately died and after a long time of looking at EVERYTHING I decided to check the couplers that I couldn't see (in the damn fender) and sure enough, thats where it blew off. I ordered a new custom made set of couplers and upgraded to t-bolt clamps and it never happened again after I installed them.
