Cobalt Friction XR1 pads - front set for factory 2008+ brembo calipers

Hey all, no more TC Cobalt for me so I'm selling my track only front brake pads that I have used for 1 track day in a beginners group [video here
]

Name: Joe Bernard

Location: Castro Valley, CA

Means of contact: PM here, it'll go straight to my personal email and I'll respond asap.

Description: used Cobalt Friction XR1 Pads, front set only [4 individual pads] for 08+ brembo factory calipers. used for 1 track day. Here is a link to buy them new: XR Cobalt-Ceramic Brake Pads

These pads are practically new, you can see in the images, they have a lot of life left in them. I bought these from VPR Motorsports on 5/3/2010 and after their first use, they just sat in my closet (I drove to the track on stock pads, then put the XR1 pads on in the pits then after my day was over, put the stock pads back on and put these back in the package (I wasn't about to drive around the street on $300 brake pads)

Price: I'll let em go for $220 shipped to the continental USA.

I remember the first time I came flying over corner 1 at Laguna Seca into super heavy braking into turns 2 and 3 and these brake pads nearly took my face off. It was amazing. I wish I had put these on my car one last time before I sold it.

Here's a review thread from another member that inspired me to buy these pads: https://www.cobaltss.net/forums/08-1...-meant-212302/

That's $109 dollars cheaper than new and he's paying the shipping.

Hi Joe,

Are these still available? If so, are you at all negotiable?

Also, what did you run in the rears?

BTW, nice driving!

Shameless bump. These need to go. Make an offer that isn't a complete low ball!
