I was going to use it for a project, I lost interest and I'm looking to go a different route.

It's out of a 2008 Cobalt SS and has 58k miles. This is the 260hp/260tq (factory rated at flywheel) Turbocharged 2.0 Ecotech engine.

I WILL NOT BE PARTING THIS OUT

Here is what's included-

Complete stock motor and accessories with 5speed transmission bolted up. Stock clutch/flywheel

Uncut engine/electrical harness

PCM, BCM, underhood fuse box

stock axles, stock shifter and cables.

These motors make great power on the stock turbo with bolt ons, upping the boost and a good tune. Most people see 300+ wheel hp and the same if not more tq. If you like E85 or meth, It will make even more power

$3200 and I'm firm on that. I'm taking a decent hit on the price already. You will not be able to find a cheaper deal on a more complete swap.

Buyer responsible for pickup. I don't have a truck, so I won't be able to deliver it. And freight is expensive. PM me with your number or email me and we'll talk. Ah crap, I'm sorry about that I'm so used to the other forum rules that I'm thinking to myself, "I posted a price, what else do I need to do? lol" Just read the rules about the pics. I'll get pics as soon as I can head over to the shop. Is there a way to tell if it's a LSD or non LSD trans? I think I read somewhere that a few of TC'd SS's received the LSD pre 2010, and then all 2010-on TC'd SS's received them.

It should say lsd on a sticker if the sticker itself is present
Did you ditch the mr2 all together or just the lnf

The badge plate should say something like

MU5 3.86 LSD on the transmission.


Every year of Lnf had some with LSD and some without. All Canadian 2010 had LSD but not all US cars did.

I might sell the MR2 as it is currently a roller or throw the LNF stuff in there and sell it all as an unfinished build, but I'm not 100% sure yet. I've just been really busy lately and haven't had the time to work on it. During that time period, I began to lose interest.
