Complete Turbo Setup from Saab Ecotec LK9/LSJ 2.0 33K

Hey everyone. I have a mostly complete turbo setup from a Saab LK9 with 33k miles on it. I bought the LK9 to swap into my 06 Cobalt SS/SC. Since I'm swapping my supercharger on to it, I don't need the turbo. I know twin charging has been brought up on here as well, but my car is just a daily driver so that wasn't even and option. This will bolt on to an LSJ block and should bolt onto some of the other Ecotec engines just as the LSJ supercharger does. The intake and exhaust manifolds share the same bolt pattern. But of course, please do research if you are considering this. You would have to come up with an intercooler. I do have some of the piping left, but I'm sure you would have to fabricate your own for your application. The turbo is very clean and has 33k miles on it. Spins freely with no shaft play. Its the high pressure version and is a Mitsubishi TD04L-14T (high Pressure) B207.

I'm including all the coolant lines and oil lines, fittings, exhaust manifold, intake manifold, throttle body, heat shields, fuel rail with injectors/spacers/harness, the piping I do have, and complete turbo.

If there are any questions please feel free to ask. I'm selling everything cheap and is priced as a package. I would be interested in selling everything minus the intake manifold/TB. Price is $375 complete plus shipping. Pics below. PM or call/text me at 815-291-4833. -Thanks, Jason

Ya, it includes the intake manifold. The price above is with intake manifold. If someone wanted it all besides the intake I'd be willing to sell it that way.

It would work on an LSJ. You would need an intercooler setup and way for an oil return to be used. The LK9 has a bore in the section just above the oil pan for the return. I'm not sure if the LSJ has the same hole or if there is "freeze plug" in it since its not used in the SC application. I will look when I get home an see if the hole is there in my junk LSJ block.

Sweet. Lmk.

I am trying to find out about how much power these turbos are making on the Saabs.

My junk LSJ block has the boss for the oil return but the hole is not there. You would need to find an alternative way such as something similar to the LNF pan. The turbo is rated at 210 horsepower I believe in stock form. But from my research these are capable of making a lot more with intake/exhaust/fuel mods and proper tune.

The LNF pan is the same as the 2.2/2.4 pan, the LNF block had the same return hole in the block as the LK9, you would have to weld a return bung into the oil pan. ZZP sells the oil pan welded already or you can just weld it in yourself, maybe even just tap it and put a threaded return in.

Thanks for the info! Wasn't sure how the oil return was setup on the LNF.
