Custom 2.0 Crankshaft
I have ordered and paid for a custom crankshaft for my project and now the company who is producing it has told me they need me to buy two to cover their start up cost for this crankshaft.
I highly doubt anyone here is doing anything crazy enough to warrant a E4340 Billet Crankshaft with all the extras done. This is a light weight crankshaft, knife edged balanced, cross drilled and every other thing you can think of for a racing crankshaft.
The cost is $2500.US and would be shipped directly from http://maciasracing.com/_wsn/page9.html
If there is someone else who wants one of these please let me know. I am really hoping there is at least one other crazy person (besides myself) who wants one of these.

I'm instead lightening and knife edging the stock crank, then sending it off to get cryo frozen, which dramatically increases the strength. GM said the stock LSJ crank is good for 600 hp, I asked some very knowlagable people what it would good for after the cryo freezing, and they said it would be safe for 750-800 hp
EDIT* I just looked at your sig! No more twin turbo!!!! HA! I knew it, you finally realized that the motor didn't have enough displacement to spin two fairly large turbos! However, GT45R seems to be overshooting a bit, GM uses a GT45R equivalent in the 1400 hp Ecotec.

I can't tell you how much I want/need one of those
Unfortunatly I'm about $2450 short of being able to get one

As for theGT-45 being to big it is good for 1100hp and if you calculate 750rwhp you get all most 1,000bhp. This means we don't need to run the turbo at maximum output. I believe in over building so I can run efficiently and not on the edge of "Wow & Kaboom"

You can try calling Jose at 956-289-8541 and ask him whether he do the changes for a 2.2. You will likely need to supply him with the differences. My understanding is that there not a lot. If you are truly serious I can inquire when I talk to him on Monday but for this to count as the "second" one (if that was even possible) it would need to be done soon.
