Further Comments: Was told trans was LSD when it arrived i ran the part number because lsd was not on the trans plate. Turns out its a transmission from and 04 which uses different trans mounts than my car anyway currently disputed in paypal

yeah would have never paid $850 for a non-lsd and he was asking $1500 for it. Although if i knew they were the same person i would not have bought it from him because on here i asked and he said it wasnt but on redlineforums he said it was.

paypal denied my claim and said work it out with the buyer so i am going to court tommorow to file paperwork. great thing about that is that if he doesnt show up for court they rule in my favor so he is gonna have to either fly up here or give me my money back.

Good god another? that s sucks dude but just a heads up just cuz court rules in your favor doesn't mean he'll pay you'll have to hire a private investigator to fine where or if he works then try and garnish his wages but thats no guarantee. Just saying from experience.
