the return adress has a different name on it than paypal provided me and it has the ups store's adress listed currently trying to find his adress think i might just run his plate number.

 

Now, I've seen a lot of these threads lately too. Has anyone tried workign it out with the seller BEFORE they post?

I mean, I sent JonnyB a 3rd brake light that was in great condition, when it arrived the red lense had broken. He told me about it and I issued a refund. It must have been damaged during shipping.
He never posted a thread saying (Don't buy from 06G85 he sells broken parts and calims they are in great condition)

I work with people, if there's something I can do let me know. Reputation is all I care about. If people know that they can count on me to work with them if they have a problem, they'll come back.

 

im pretty sure he woud try to contact him before going to court. but yes sometimes things happen/break in the mail but it doesnt lose lsd in the mail.

 

never seen anyone go to court halfway across the country..... You can file a claim on paypal, Idk where you see work it out with the buyer.

 

What sucks is if you take him to court and he cries he is broke, he can setup a payment plan to pay you $10 a week for the next 8 years! lol

just got off the phone with paypal anyone else that got ripped off open a paypal claim the person from the dispute department read through my claim and jupiters claim and told me that it is in the fraud department because of the 2 claims so close together. as soon as there investigation is complete they will sieze funds and disperse them to all who were ripped off. He also told me the more people that complain the better so if you were ripped off open a dispute.

 

im sure for the right price, my people will make a road trip.....

doubt it. All they would do at the most is pay him a visit and ask him a few questions. It would be his word against yours, they will basically tell you to file a claim against him and take him to court.
