After I read that I figured out what you were doing and this was my response:

I sent you the Apexi SAFC 2, EXACTLY the item you won, the day you won it I shipped it out and also added insurance out of my own pocket. Now that you received it you are trying to scam me, the seller. Phase two of your diabolical plan!. When I ask for pictures of the so called "boost actuator" you don't have a camera... really... not even on your cell phone?.
My eBay feedback speaks for itself, why would I try and ruin that in scenario 1, THAT'S A LOSE, LOSE FOR ME... AND YOU WIN.
One last thing, if, when you received the Apexi SAFC 2 and was disappointed of the items cosmetic condition I would have gladly worked something out with you. But instead you come to me with this BS, come on. I believe in Karma and would never try to scam someone out of their hard earned money, as I would not like that to happen to myself.
If you have not done so yet, please open the dispute. So we can have Paypal mediate and resolve this immediately. As I use my Paypal account frequently and need it.

this is what's going to fry him, documentation was submitted to interested parties as of yesterday at about 2pm... only bad thing is it usually takes a long time to look into this because of the large scope of the situation... especially doing financial transactions under aliases, the people look into these things for agendas such as tax evasion and money laundering.
as i said before, internet scammers usually have no idea the complex situation they have put themselves in until they stand before a judge and their lawyer tells them to shut up and take the deal lol
