well if you have access to hp tuners you could try to have someone email tune you. Or trifecta does that too if you get the cable or w/e. Other than that i got nothin :/

it would be cheaper to find somebody local.. Instead of having that refundable cable crap..
I may end up doing that, but I don't want a canned tune or anything too conservative.
i know there's more in my car and I want to get it out !
There are some dyno's not too far away (so i've heard), maybe they can do a dyno tune for me. That would be my best option..

There is a Trifecta presence out there. Vince was telling me about some quick Opel GTs (Solstice GXPs/Sky Redlines basically) over in Greece he was working on.
I know that BSR, over in Sweden, sells canned tunes for Direct Injection engines too. It's the PPC tuning option.

triffecta its not a canned tune... vince sends you a canned tune then you fine tune it with him via email with datalogs... it takes probably 5-6 runs to have a perfect tune to your specs.... the only problem i can see is the time difference that you have with vince... but you can always talk to him, he is more than welcome to help you and step out of his office ours to tune u... just give him a call... or find a HPT

Good luck finding a German tuner for your US-GM car. :-)
(The Cobalt uses another OBD protocol than the European Opel/Vaxhall/Saab engines.)
You can try Klasen motorsport, EDS motorsport or Vmax. All in Germany and specialized in programming Opel-GM cars.
