For Sale exedy hyper single clutch
exedy hyper single clutch
Have this clutch sitting around, cobalt is now my daily so I have no use for it. Came out of John powells car and has about 500 miles on it. asking $600 + shipping (which is what I paid)
but make offers as I need money more than I need more cobalt parts
(pics are from my phone, so not that great)

John didn't like the noise on decel.
These clutches rattle a bit when you let off the gas while still in gear.
My car is stock and I already have a spec 2+ and fidenza flywheel in the car, so I don't need anything stronger.
I've run one at over 500whp (which I got used and beat to hell) ran it for 2 years, now it's in a friends car that was making 396whp and never slipped and that one was in worse shape and had about 20k miles on it.

it's not clutch chatter (which is during engagement). engagement is actually pretty smooth on this clutch for something that holds well. I liked it, but I just don't need that setup for my car anymore.
I have a exedy clutch and flywheel and I love it..Just had a motor put in 2 days ago and they said I needed a new clutch then changed there minds to flywheel....too bad I don't have 500.00 just laying around...bump for a good price...if you have it in a few weeks (which you shouldn't) let me know and I will pick it up
nothing is nls friendly once you do anything to a tc tune wise, and it is daily driver freindly, I drove mine daily for almost 3 years with one, as do a few of my friends. And that was me driving in and out of manhattan every day
bump for a good price....lol if you have it come the 1st i'm more then likely going to take it off you hands...I just have to see how $ is going...I just got divorced so i'm trying to pay the ex all the $ she got in court....EPIC FAIL...LOL
