They Idler pulley is used to pick up the slack you get in the belt from going to a smaller pulley.
basically:
smaller supercharger bulley= more bower, but the belt is loose now.
larger idler pulley so the belt is tight agin and it doesn't slip.
the idler pulley is $20 new and the pulley is $50 new + shipping, from Billetflow
I was hoping to get $60 OBO, mine are brand new and have never been used

1 take off the belt
2 unbolt the stock idler pulley from the bracket.
3 grind a little rib thats on the idler braket (everyone has to do it, no big deal) no matter which idler, cause it's larger.
4 bolt the new larger idler pulley on.
5 put back the belt.
this way your belt stays tight and doesn't slip.

you'll get a couple more pounds of boost, so you'll see probably 8HP differance.
unless your really stock on the warrenty idea of the GM stage two, you'd be much better off buying the components yourself, and getting a costum tune.
it usually ends up cheaper, and your car will run far better.
so all you need is to get the Supercharger hub & Pulley, Large Idler pulley, Fuel injectors (42lb), and a tune

do you definately HAVE to grind this idler down? I thought the billetflow ones did not need grinding? ALSO will this ring fit this hub?:
