This is the trick factory Pioneer sub-woofer and amp found in the Cobalt SS UQ3 option.

10" Dual Voice Coil (2-ohm) High Excursion design.
It is designed to mount in the left rear fender area of the trunk directly behind the wheel well.(see pic)

It includes the 2006 Cobalt's Pioneer sourced FACTORY Advanced Audio Amplifier with connector and pigtail. It will easily splice between the factory radio and the speakers, to upgrade to the UQ3. This will me especially useful if you have added tweets.
By advised the radio head unit will need to be reprogrammed with a TECH2 for UQ3 (takes 5 minutes)
