Worked flawless with my K04 turbo, now using a ZFR so using stock BPV. These are $165 new, I'll let mine go for $120 shipped. Forge atmospheric BPV valve

im guessing this is for a turbo only ss or can it be used on a s/c

It can be used on a turbo swaped SC cobalt.

Regardless of it saying BPV, we only have a BPV or BOV. This is for a BPV system. Therefore it is an Atmospherical BPV or a Recirculating BPV. You figure the rest out of which one it is.
