Yes it is a used product. I had it on my 2.4 and it kept causing CEL's. I sent it back to fujita who polished it up the best they could. It looks acceptable. I have all the parts, the original box it came in, and a BRAND NEW F5 air filter. I will NOT ship the product, local buyers only. Cleveland Ohio area. PM me if interested. You CANNOT beat this deal.

I still have to get my paypal account verified and still have to figure out how to use the thing. Also, users are right, shipping isnt all that expensive. I shipped this unit back to California for around $10 US.

Reason this intake was causing a CEL is because it is made for the 2.2 Liter motor. I was using it on the 2.4.

Well, the only reason i dont want to ship is because i havent the slightest clue on how to use paypal. I guess i will go find out how to use it a notify you when i will ship. I will take pictures post them somewhere.

did you ever figure out what was causing the CEL's to show up. was it the MAF or air leak?

 

It's fairly easy. When you setup an account with them you link it to your checking account. Buyer who also would have paypal makes a payment which gets sent to your paypal account and you can then transfer it to your checking at your discretion.

 

This intake is designed for a 2.2 Liter motor. I believe the Throttle body is a 3" on my 2.4 Liter car and the throttle body on the 2.2 is a 2.5". I may be mistaken, but if that is the case then the MAF was causing the CEL because it did not have the proper amount of air flow. I even reset the CPU by disconnecting the battery for the car. I am selling this unit because I could not get my money back from the online company i bought it from. THey told me that the unit WAS setup for the 2.4 liter motor. So believe me at a $100 FIRM, this is a GREAT deal.

ya i work at a dealership and i'll have to look into the size but as far as i was aware the 2.2 and the 2.4 Throttle body were the same i could be mistaken though. and that sucks cuz i want to get my CAI soon. and i would much rather not pay over $200 for it either. oh by the way i have the 2.4 ss as well.
