The whole thing was in perfect shape. Sorry, I never got a notification of the reply here....

It is sold BTW, but I will have a 99-04 Lightning HE later this week if anyone is interested.

They are just a bit taller and skinnier with just about the same amount of cooling area total as the Cobra ones.
