FS: 17" Polished Ion Redline Wheels/Tires - $400 OBO
Hey guys, I know I only have one post, but I've been a member of this site February, and I'm a respected member of the Redlineforums. I've purchased an exhaust system from ORT before, and Jimmy (Mercury) is a very good friend of mine that I'm sure will vouch for me. Now with that aside...
These things have been sitting in my garage for a couple of months now, and they're just taking up room. I had a sale pending with these but it fell through, so I'm putting them back up.
They're off of my '04 Ion Redline, 6 spoke polished. The wheels are in good condition, and only one of them has a minor spot of curb rash, maybe a couple of inches long at most, and not very deep at all. They have normal wear, swirl marks, etc...but from more than 3 feet away they look amazing. You can really only see the small scratches/swirl marks if you're looking for them.
They have tires on them, that I won't charge extra for since I can't take them off. Two are the stock Dunlops that are no good, pretty bald. The other two are BF Goodrich G-Force Sport. The two BF Goodrich tires are in pretty good shape with an O.K. amount of tread left, good for a few thousand miles, and a great tire in my opinion. They got me 2.2 60' times easy up to the day I took them off. The only downside is one has a nail in it. It never started losing air, but I noticed it when the wheel was taken off...it can easily be plugged though.
Here is a picture of the worst wheel. One shows a wheel up close to show the swirl marks/small curb rash (right hand side of the first picture)

The 2nd picture is from around 2 or 3 feet away, and it's the same wheel as the first pic. Center caps are included.
I'm not looking for more than $400 for these...I always see people trying to sell them for $500 without tires and they never sell, so I'm going to say in or around the $400 range preferably, but please, no low ball offers. Anything $300 or under won't be considered. Reply to this or shoot me a PM if you're interested.
I'd rather not ship, but I'm sure something could be arranged. I am located in Wilmington, Delaware. If any of you have had polished rims before, you'll know that taking a picture with a flash will always show those swirl marks and imperfections up close, but in person they look 20 times better. So if you guys want a spare set of wheels for some drag radials or snow tires, this could be for you.
Thanks
