This subwoofer does have a tiny bit of damage to it:

Installed in my cobalt:

That damage really isn't much to worry about. A little super-glue to seal it back up will work perfectly. I honestly just used that as an excuse to justify upgrading my subwoofer to something that hits harder. I didn't notice till the next day when I was cleaning out my trunk the tear.
This is not a ZOMGBLOWYOURFUCKINGEARDRUMSOUT type of subwoofer. It hits hard and clean. That's all it's ment to do. It wont rattle apart your trunk, but it does sound crisp and clean. I've had the thing since sometime last year in my neon, and JUST took it out of the cobalt last night. Up until this tear, I have never once had a problem with it.
Someone looking for a little more oompf will find this to be perfect.
I'm asking $60 shipped. Shipping will kill me because of the weight of this thing, so if you want to pick it up, I will drop the price. No low-ball offers.
