Just as stated above, I have the Quaife LSD out of the G85 Tranny for sale. I dont know if anyone would have any use for it, but after ripping the tranny apart it wasnt worth saving trust me. I pm'd a mod so that I don't get banned. My car was at Rob's getting demodded. Mike wanted the parts, and agreed to pay me after he got back from his honeymoon in August. When he got back, he kept putting me off week after week telling me that he was broke but that I would get some money when he got paid. A week from last monday he told me he UPS'd a check (that I never got), and since then I haven't heard from him, he won't answer or return my calls or e-mails. The ONLY REASON I let Rob install the parts on his car without receiving any money first, is because Rob believed that Mike was trustworthy. I guess I learned my lesson believing there was still alot of honest people out there. This tranny he's selling is out of my car that he blew up power-shifting.

Also, the last thing I want to do is go the legal route, or even post about him on here. But at this point, I don't know what else to do, and don't want anyone else on here getting screwed.

No, he bought my tranny since mine had the G85. After he bought it, he broke it. Although, he hasn't paid for it yet, so technically he didn't buy it...

 

Holy crap I thoght with the power the balt's were putting down those trannies were damn near bullettproof.

Prehaps this is more the reason why he is broke?

If I were in your shoes I would send him a certified letter requesting payment of the agreed amount and make sure to save a copy for yourself as well as the recipt that the post office gives you.

 

Ok, I need to update. I've spoken with Mike's brother, and there is a legit reason why he hasn't returned any phone calls or e-mails. He's got some family stuff going on. Supposedly I'll have my money mailed on Thursday. If this happens the way I'm being told, I will need to retract my "not trusworthy" remark. I was unaware of all of the stuff going on with Mike, I needless to say, I'll be cutting him some slack.

 

I sent Kevin the part of the cash that I promised him. I am trustworthy and Kevin will back that. Just some crazy stuff went down, and he didnt receive his cash. I have sold and bought many things off this site and Karma is a B@#$%. Thats why I would NEVER screw someone over, especially the killer deal that Kevin gave me on his parts. Just clarifying.
