Traded the Balt...was on for a little over a year and a half.
Has a little surface rust on the turnbuckles...

I'm guessing it is but I don't really know for sure but I haven't had any problems w/ it.
I do remember now when I bought it that some were talking about the previous version bending but I followed the advise of someone posting to make sure that the brackets are parallel and I had no probs...
I'm off to work I'll answer PM's later on tonight if I can...
