Are these just generic leds and panels or do the bolt onto the cobalt in a particular place

They were originally used on after market mirrors... Pics of what they looked like lit.

is there any way to get these to mount on the balt? without purchasing aftermarket mirrors??

You could take a dremel to the stock mirrors but I've never done it.
