GAY. iwantd the head. what all do i need when when getting my head done and valvetrain upgrade i guess u could say. lol. idk. like as in small parts. valves yea, springs no der. lol. but like, seats? retainers? valve guides? what about new rockers? our push rods, how are they? they pretty strong? how can i up grade them. would i need too?

All I did was new valve springs, valve job, and cams. Stock valves are plenty fine, if you are porting I would go oversize, but thats really the only reason to upgrade. Guides should stay with the head unless they are damaged, so they are pretty much left alone. Retainers come with the spring kit, mine did anyway. Stock rockers are high ratio roller, so they are fine as well. Only real concern is lifters using re-grind cams. You need some BLE adjustable solid lifters to compensate for the base circle movement.

There are no pushrods in this engine
