The WOT box is a 2-step, yes. This particular one also has the NLS option.

I agree. The only reason I'm not keeping it is because I don't race the car. If I ever do, it will be on a road course, not drag strip. I have no need so I am passing some savings on to the community. Hopefully someone will buy soon, cause I have a few projects I'd like to get going...
