he sent me an email stating that a refund had been processed and still I have recieve nothing and the paypal claim is still showing that he has not responded. So if hee keeps delaying they are just going to refund back all of my money instead of the part - shipping so he can take his pick. im not thrilled. I sell stuff on here all the time and it people like him that make it harder for honest people to buy/sell on this forum.

As a seller/buyer of parts on this site I would never do this to another member.
Make sure to give him itrader feedback so others know to stay away.

Yea I'm getting tired of waiting and gonna go ahead and continue my dispute. He had no problem responding when he wanted our money well enough is enough for me. Tomarrow I send all his emails and mine and tell payapl he never shipped. And for anyone trying to pm me I can only take about 6 right now it was full yesterday or something and didn't know.

I would have never sent him the money w/o seeing the TVS off the car. I dont want anyone to think I'm here to preach, because I'm sure all you guys having issues with this kid feel shitty enough as it is.
When I purchased my H62 off a member on here, I made sure he described it to me, and sent me photos of it uninstalled. I didnt want to end up with an M62 considering they look similar from the outside. It's a scary thing sending large amounts of money to people on this site, because you dont actually know the person.
Like I mentioned earlier, make sure to leave itrader feedback (if he doesnt get banned) once you get everything resolved. It will help prevent this from ever happening again.

Yea I already said it couple times don't buy unless off car and current pics with date and name and good communication. But YEA I hope this guy dies a horrible death. Low life piece of ****!!!
well usually it takes 3-4 business days for the money to transfer from the paypal account to his bank account...once the money is in his bank account you are screwed since he can call his bank and change the account number...so depending when you closed the claim you might be screwed over...once you closed the claim he was able to do what he wants with the money unless he already withdrew it using the paypal debit card then ur outta luck...paypal will decide the claim in your favor but might not be able to get you ur money back...so hopefully everything will work out man..
