Painted black when i bought it. Looks cool, will probably chip over time though. Never used. 2.5" inlet, 3'' tip. "Swirl" design. Ebay special im assuming. I've had it for a while though. I thought it would be cool to put on my old car b/c it was black but never did and sold that car and got my balt.
