Gauging interest TB spacer

Well, I didn't want to tap my CAI for my meth, so I bought a TB spacer from CA. Nothing against them, they are a good company, but I was not impressed with the quality of that unit. I went and talked to a machinist that I know and he prototyped one for me out of aluminum. He let me know that he now has the program set up in his CNC, so he can make a bunch of them. I can tap the top or the side or both. I get them with a machined finish, but can polish them as well.

Here is a picture of a machined finish one with 2 taps:

Here is a couple of a polished one installed on my car:

Any interest in these? If you are interested please post your name, number of taps, tap location and finish. For example:

1 - SJSchafer, 1, top, polished

1 - M-Dub, 1, side, machined
2 - Doc, ?, ?, ?
3 - Tennpenn83, 2, top/side, polished
4 - TommySSSC, 1, top, polished
5 - SS/SCking, 2, top/side,machined
6 - siphon_78, 2, top/side, machined
7 - anthonyS88, 1, top, polished
8 - Blur.fx, 1, side, polished
9 - 06_SS_S/C, 1, top, polished
10 - NTSR_SS, 1, top, polished
11 - yel-low, 1, top, machined
12 - 06redlineb, 1, top, polished
13 - philipino guy, 1, top, polished
14 -

This is not a commitment to buy. I am just seeing what people want. Also, keep in mind that I can do a single tap on either the top or the front side and a 2 tap setup is 1 on top and 1 on side. The back side cannot be done due to the drive by wire box being in the way.

Probably about $80-$85. It depends on how many people want them.

Yea, I am more just trying to help out the community than anything else. I flet there was a need for these and I found someone who will machine them for me, so I figured I'd see if anyone else wants them as well. He can make a bunch of different stuff. If I knew of other things that people might want, I could talk to him about them. I wouldn't even mind becoming a supporting vender and selling a bunch of stuff, if I knew what people wanted/needed. If there is good interest in these, I will prolly do that anyway, depending what it takes to get set up.

I just PMed a mod to see what becoming a vendor looks like. Let's see what they say. In the mean time, I should probably get a list going to get an idea. If you are interested please post your name, number of taps, tap location and finish. For example:

1 - SJSchafer, 1, top, polished

Updated to first post.

Honestly, that's not a bad idea... I just got some gasket material from Kragen, traced it out with an exacto knife in about 3 minutes and it works great. No leaks. Probably cheaper and easier than getting a new TB gasket.

What's this Kragen material? Like a do-it-yourself gasket maker?

I am looking for a TB spacer with the 2 holes, one on the top, one on the side. I am assuming I can run meth on one and nitrous on the other? And if I don't have one at the time of install, I imagine I can plug one off until I get it, right?

Yes, you can use one for meth and one for nitrous. If you are not using one, you can plug it with a npt plug.

That and I went to drill and tap my CA one and it cracked. Not even from the tapping, from the drilling.
