Buy a brand new one. Why buy a used one that might rip or loose chunks ?

I have one. I bought a new one to install and when I took the belt off it looks the same as the new one I bought. I ran the new one for 3000 miles and I am selling the car so I put the older one back on. The the belt only has 3000 miles on it. I drive 625 miles a week so it was only on about a month.
Got a good deal on SS/TC. $30 shipped if your interested.
