I'm in, that looks nice Brad. And Adrian is right about the guys on the gang page. Probably only as long as they can afford them though. Lots of guys talk on there till its time to pay.....

I think your over thinking it to be honest.
Get a piece of cardboard trace it out and cut it down to the style/stencil you want.
Put the stencil on a piece of sheet metal and trace it out.
Cut the tracing out from the sheet metal with a pair of shears.
File down the edges and paint.
