HELP!! Motorcycle took my bumper off. . .

i dont post on here much but i do browse from time to time and today a motorcycle not doing the speed limit took my bumper cover (the part you see) off and bent the actual bumper (the metal portion under the cover) and b/c of it the drivers side head light tabs where it screws in are broke off as well on my 09 Cobalt Lt. I'm fine and so is he but b/c he was layed out his hip is ganna hurt tomorrow and i believe he said his thumb is broken. He was real nice about the situation made sure everyone was ok. This happened pulling out from my driveway . . .

So anyone have any of these parts available? I know i can use zip ties for now and I will but i do need these soon. I'm not paying $1000 deductible when I KNOW its not going to cost that much to fix.

Thanks!!

Yeah it prob will. Was the accident your fault? If it was then you might as well just have the insurance pay for it if they are already paying for the guys bike. I don't think you would have to pay 2 deductibles, just one for the whole accident. Not positive though. If it was his fault then his insurance should pay for it.

So your saying you pulled out in front of a bike, he hit you, and now you wanna bitch. I doubt he was speeding much if at all. Open your eyes kid.

Sorry /Rant I just hate when somebody tries in instantly put blame on the bike because they were speeding, because in most cases they weren't.

^^^This, in most any state, the vehicle driving on the road has the right of way.

What the **** are you talking about? Bikes are capable of the speed limit. Most of us are not speeding everywhere we go.

Agreed. Unless i'm out in the mountains, i'm at the limit. Most people think bikes are speeding because they can't keep up with them, The misconception there is that people who don't know /ride bikes don't realize the fact that they can't keep up with me because I can take most curves at the limit without braking, where a car has to slow down 10-20 MPH for the curve.
