i dont know exactly how many miles are on it... it been off the car for about 2 years. and it is a polished finish so no paint flaking. it could use a little chrome/rubbing polish to shine it up. the filter isnt clean clean but not bad. it can be cleaned using what ever method you prefer (aka k&n cleaning kit) and yes i only do paypal also
