K&n sri - sold
K&N SRI
I'm selling my k&n sri. The intake comes with the metal intake shield, coupler to connect to the turbo inlet and the fitting for the pcv. The only issue with the intake is ther metal is dented/removed from where the intake sits in the threaded rod where the shield bolts to. You can either leave it as it is or cover it with jb weld. I am looking for 120+shipping. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. I will ship to Canada, but you must be willing to pay ALL of the shipping charges.
List Date: 8/28/2013

Other than the gouge in the intake tubing is there anything else wrong with it? What kind of shape is the filter element in, any idea how many miles it has on it? Also, its tough to tell how deep the gouge is in the pic. I don't care about it cosmetically, but its not almost all the way through or anything right? I just want to make sure its not crazy deep

How about the depth of that gouge? Not trying to be a pain, just hate not being able to see things in person haha. I don't care about the aesthetics, I just want to make sure its not all the way through or close to being all the way through the tubing.

It's got some metal missing but it's more or less a dent. Jb weld would take care of it or if you cut you threaded mount down some so it didn't hit the tube anymore that too would prevent it from going through

So when you say its a dent, can you actually see it dented on the inside of the tube?
That stud did the same thing to my Dejon, so I cut it off lol. I still have one stud to mount the shield too, and if need be will drive a self-tapping screw into the other hole to secure it.

Alright, if you clean the filter and don't oil (which I think is what the general consensus has been), Ill take it for $116 shipped. How soon do you think you can get it cleaned up and shipped?
