lsj downpipe will work. many on here have done it

 

LSJ downpipe works on manual shift cars. I installed one on my 2009 Pontiac G5 with a 2.2 LAP engine.

lsj manifold will fit as well and give you a good gain. i have a mani if you want one. PM me an offer

You can't use the downpipe without the header. The stock 2.2 header is longer and the downpipe is shorter.

The LSJ header is shorter and the LSJ downpipe is longer to make up for the shorter manifold, if that makes sense.

In other words, can't have one without the other.
