I have a E Brake boot I bought from Shiftstyles back in the day when I had my Balt. I had the matching arm rest and shift boot but never got around to installing the E Brake boot. I'm not exactly sure how it is to install but it will look good with Blue leather interiors. It is an exact match to Blue leather seats.

I'm looking to get $12.50 Shipped. $10 for the boot $2.50 for shipping. Unless its to Canada.

You could use it with you stock break it goes over it. I had an armrest so it was a pain in the ass to get to and you cant really see the e brake when you have the arm rest so I just said screw it and never put it on.
