So what wiring modifications were needed and does any of the systems tie into the ECM or is it all just apart of the transmission harness? Simply is the transmission wiring its own seperate thing from the engine wiring and computer?

Thanks

it should, but you will need to convert to lnf hubs to fit the axles.

It does tie in, but I would recommend getting a new harness from an auto hhr ss as this one is pretty hacked up now (converted from lsj-lnf-autolnf-manual lnf) I does plug into the ecm though, just really needs to be reworked heavily. (does come with TCM and plug for ecm).

So you used your current ecm and added the needed pin/wiring and then tuned for it?

yup, but I would seriously look into getting a new harness from an hhr ss to start with, it would be pretty much plug and play, maybe have to lengthen a few wires.

remember this comes with mounts, axles, tcm, tranny cooler, all switches and sensors for tranny cooler (has a fan on it) lines, brand new build tq converter. and some other parts.

it would fit, just don't know how it would like the gearing.
Ask some of the auto 2.4 guys that went s/c'd.
the harness originally was for an lsj also, so might make the swap a little easier.

Thanks!

need the space bad though, I have so many damn spare parts laying around I need gone.

Also have 09 g85 trans with a blown 3rd gear, good case good diff
an 06 g85 trans, that maybe the diff is still good, but that;s about it lol
an 02 Si 5 speed trans in mint condition
the auto swap.
99 rx-7 jdm rear end, missing pass side axle and hub (limited slip, 3.90 gears comes complete with subframe and all)
my old blown motor just block only w/oil squirters and girdle
99 spec rx-7 twin turbo's w/mani setup for non-sequential operation
3 or 4 stock ss/sc clutches and 1 ss/tc stocker (range from 4k miles to 38k miles)
about 100 stock ss/sc pullies
Cusco strut bar for fd rx-7
Swap axles for a k20a2 into an 89 crx
swap harness for above
shifter box for 5 speed trans (above)
drag bar setup for 89 crx w/rad support
Charge harness for a k20a2

all are left over spare parts that I have no use for, so make some offers
